Spring has finally decided to grace us with some warm, sunny weather. With that, comes patios, slushy drinks, and my favourite Louis Vuitton wedges. Finally!!
My most ultimate go-to summer sandals are my Louis Vuitton cork wedges from the Spring 2010 & 2011 collection. My first pair were the classic monogram, fittingly named ‘Be Happy’ Wedges that I loved so much (I even got them re-soled!), so I bought the “Be Happy” White Multicolor Wedges (which seem to go with everything this season), then was super stoked when I discovered that they debuted the“Summer Time” Patent Wedges (pictured in green) and the ‘Oasis’ Monogram T-Strap Wedges (pictured in black) for Spring 2011. Despite the 5″+ height, these shoes are the most comfortable wedges in my closet hands down and worth every pretty penny. Fingers crossed that they’ll bring these back next season. Clearly, I just can’t get enough of these!

Love it or hate it, Spring 2011 is looking mighty colorful!! The Fendi Spring/Summer 2011 Bag Collection consists of classic shapes such as satchels, totes, satchels & their traditional baguette with a fresh twist of color, combined with amazing new finishes and fun details. I’m going to definitely add one of these to my collection. The only problem is that I may have trouble picking just one. Which one would you pick??

I wore these luxurious satin ombre drape trousers from the Matthew Williamson Resort 2010 Runway Collection to attend a couple shows during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in NYC. I have been dying to wear these pants, so where better to wear runway pants than on the runways at New York Fashion Week, the mecca of the fashion world!!?? If anyone appreciated these pants, the NY fashion crowd sure did. I’m really hoping I can wear this outfit again one day. It was so fun prancing around NYC in these pants.

I’m not usually a big fan of clutches, simply because I’m always afraid I’m gonna set it down somewhere and it will miraculously disappear, but I love the way they look. I also find them a little inconvenient to carry most of the time, but I just could not resist this Moschino electric blue over-sized clutch. It was just far too fabulous to pass up. Another one of the amazing finds at Fashionably Yours!!

My life tends to get hectic, so as I’m sure many of you can relate, I often have to run from work to events and don’t always have time to go home and change. I wore this Topshop sequin tank top & these khaki Topshop gold studded shorts the other day which was the perfect ensemble to take me from day to night. I had to run to a birthday dinner after work, so I kept the same jewelry on, then all I did was change my shoes & purse and threw on a blazer and taddddahhh, I was ready for a fun night out on the town!
Day Outfit

For day, cross-body bags are a must-have for me, simply because they’re perfect to throw my blackberry, iphone & camera in while I run around my store Fashionably Yours. The Gucci 1973 cross-body bag is another one of my fun purchases from Holt Renfrew’s Private Shopping Night a couple weeks ago. I chose this very neutral khaki grey-ish color which I have no doubt, I’ll be putting to a lot of use!! I tied everything together with my favorite Louis Vuitton Monogram Happy Sandals, which are exactly the same as the white multicolore wedges I recently wore. They’re by far the most comfortable shoes I bought all summer.
Night Outfit

For night, I threw on this light pink H&M peaked shoulder crop blazer, these super sky high light pink Christian Dior Runway wedges (from Bal Harbour Shops) and Chanel Perforated Metallic flap bag. I wore this to Winny’s birthday dinner at One Restaurant in Yorkville and saved myself a lot of hassle from having to put together a whole new outfit.

When most people think Miami South Beach, they think clubs, parties, good food & beautiful beaches. All I can think of when I think of Miami is The Bal Harbour Shops. Not only is Bal Harbour Shops a one stop shop for almost every luxury retailer in the world (almost), it’s a gorgeous outdoor mall with an indoor feel. That place is truly my Heaven on Earth. I must have spent more than 8 hours there and the only reason why I left was because it closed. lol. Anyhow, here’s a few pics from my little escapade.

Christian Dior had a 50% off sale on the most amazing shoes from their Spring/Summer 2010 Runway Collection. I had to pinch myself.

On my feet, Versace Spring / Summer 2010 Runway Platforms!! An amazing work of art.

On my feet, Versace Fall 2010 multi-color platform shoes!! A special order from the Caesar’s Palace Forum Shops in Las Vegas. These colors will surely come in handy.

Red bottoms by shoe genius Cesare Paciotti.

Jimmy Choo Hunter boots for a rainy day!

After shopping dinner at Carpaccio, one of my favorite Miami eats.

The waiter brought this purse rack over to our table. Every restaurant needs this.

8 hours later and still smiling.

Damage

I hate saying good-bye to all the pretty shoe boxes when I travel.

Shoes, shoes & more shoes which miraculously all fit inside my suitcase. Amen.

I wore this bright blue shorts romper designed by the Kardashians for Bebe during a recent trip to Miami South Beach. It was cut just perfectly for the little extra junk in my trunk, making this a comfy outfit for night or day. I originally bought this to throw over my bikini at the pool but ended up wearing it for a casual night out in Miami. Either way, it works for me. Good job Kardashians!!

I stopped dead in my tracks when I discovered these Canary Yellow Salvatore Ferragamo T-Bar Platform Wedges at The Bal Harbour Shops in Miami. They were part of Salvatore Ferragamo Spring 2010 Runway Collection (Style.com) and are one of my favorite summer purchases. These sky high platforms are just shy of 6 inches but surprisingly comfortable enough for the longest of nights out.

This cutout tie dye tee by SKYWARD (SWD), is designed by Swedish designer Annika Gerber, an edgy Swedish brand exclusively available at only select stores worldwide, including Tokyo, Copenhagen, London & New York.

American Graffiti Vintage Frames, now available at Fashionably Yours!!

I absolutely love these Louis Vuitton “Be Happy” Wedges and as much as I find LV Multicolore a tad bit tacky at times, there’s something about these sandals that work for me, not to mention, they are pretty much the most comfortable shoes I bought for Summer 2010. Perhaps why they sold out before the summer even started, so I’m told.

Rebecca Minkoff morning after clutch (or cross body bag) is a staple in the closets of countless fashionistas and celebrities and come in so many colors & finishes, including this vibrant Croc Leather Yellow. It’s the versatility of this bag, with its removable chain strap, pockets and size that make this bag such a hit in my closet.
