I’ve always been a fan of the Celine Luggage Tote but was never so inclined to buy one until a recent visit to Barney’s in NYC. I stopped dead in my tracks when I first laid eyes on this stunning bag. The sales associate advised me that the bag had only been sitting on the shelf for 30 minutes before low and behold, I walked through those doors. Whether or not that was true, I couldn’t stand the thought of the sleepless nights I would have without this beautiful new found Celine Leopard Luggage Tote. I proceeded to dish out the $3500 so we could be together forever, then took a couple memorable photos from my hotel room in NYC. You’ll probably be seeing a lot of this bag around here. xoxo

It only took a split second for me to fall in love with these Alaia Azzedine Cutout Suede Platform Shoes, then only another second to pull out my credit card. lol. I clearly have a thing for cutout shoes & any shoes for that matter that look like ‘works of art’ on my shoe shelf. Even the box is something special with a rich textured brown box with leather buckle closure. It’s the exquisite finishing touches that makes me appreciate Alaia oh so much, but I’ll need some time to recoup from the big blow to my wallet. Available for $1445 at The Room at the Bay. xo

People are always astounded by how much I pack whilst traveling. As much as I love clothes, I’m totally obsessed with accessories and have managed to collect a lot of everything over the years. Some people collect art. I collect designer accessories & platform shoes. I get rid of a lot of my clothing every season, but accessories last decades. To me, accessories are every day essentials and without them I feel naked. Here’s just a few goodies I packed for my trip to Vegas & New York. Absolutely necessary for 8 days of frolicking.

Louis Vuitton toiletry bags are an absolute travel must-have. I use them to keep my accessories, makeup & toiletries organized in my suitcase & carry-on. They are extremely durable & most of them even have a washable interior with bottle holders. I would highly recommend you invest in one or two or three of these for every day or travel. There’s an amazing selection available now in several shapes & sizes at Fashionably Yours, for much less than retail.

The Louis Vuitton Eden Runway Speedy, my go-to travel bag with Louis Vuitton Accessories Pouchette which I use for every day make-up & my Louis Vuitton Cellphone case which was originally produced only one year to hold a Motorolla Flip phone back in the 90′s, but just happen to fit my Blackberry perfectly!! I love this little thing.

Spring has finally decided to grace us with some warm, sunny weather. With that, comes patios, slushy drinks, and my favourite Louis Vuitton wedges. Finally!!

My most ultimate go-to summer sandals are my Louis Vuitton cork wedges from the Spring 2010 & 2011 collection. My first pair were the classic monogram, fittingly named ‘Be Happy’ Wedges that I loved so much (I even got them re-soled!), so I bought the “Be Happy” White Multicolor Wedges (which seem to go with everything this season), then was super stoked when I discovered that they debuted the“Summer Time” Patent Wedges (pictured in green)  and the ‘Oasis’ Monogram T-Strap Wedges (pictured in black) for Spring 2011. Despite the 5″+ height, these shoes are the most comfortable wedges in my closet hands down and worth every pretty penny. Fingers crossed that they’ll bring these back next season. Clearly, I just can’t get enough of these!

If there’s one most coveted pair of shoes I knew I had to have the moment I laid eyes on them this season, it’s the Christian Louboutin Lady Daf Nude Platform Pumps, the 160mm sky high, red soled beauties. Once in a while, I buy pair of  shoes that look so stunningly beautiful brand new, that it’s almost a shame to have to step all over them, so I decided to snap some memorable photos of these perfectly crafted shoes before giving them their first steps. From just the right shade of nude, the signature red soles, the 2.5 inch super platform and the over 6 inch heels, it’s as if Mr. Louboutin made them just for me. Thank-you Mr. CL for blessing my feet with these! Now if only it would stop raining, so I finally can enjoy these.

Lanvin has launched its amazing new European online store, appropriately name e-Lanvin! Whilst browsing through this store, the distinct contemporary, romantic style of Alber Elbaz is evident throughout each of the collections showcased in this new e-Lanvin e-store. Front and center of the page, is the ♥ Hot Picks section, which highlights the must-haves of the season. Other categories include New Arrivals, Women, Men, Blanche, Exclusive and Gifts, where you can even find playing cards decorated with Alber Elbaz’s sketches, Miss Lanvin key chains, elegant music boxes and a limited edition selection of the famous porcelain dolls (my personal must-have). And then there’s the Blanche collection, the dreamy bridal collection of dresses, accessories and bridal cards. Oh, what a dream!

The new Lanvin e-store has even considered the gentlemen with a full selection of ready to wear apparel, bags, shoes & accessories, leaving no stone unturned. I love a man in Lanvin, especially Lanvin sneakers. Every man should own a pair.

It’s safe to say that Lanvin has covered all its bases with this new online revolution, except that it won’t be available to us Canadians, at least not just yet.

Being that I live in Canada, this dynamic new European e-Lanvin store,  still leaves me longing for more…more Lanvin that is. Sigh.
