It’s that time of year again Toronto!! The Canadian National Exhibition (CNE), Canada’s largest annual fair opened on August 20, 2010 for an 18-day fair that ends on Labour Day. After over 129 years, the CNE is the largest in Canada and fifth largest in North America attracting more than 1.25 million visitors each year. Their slogan “Let’s Go to the EX” have been words in my household since I was a child and although things don’t seem to have changed much over the years with the Polar Express and seemingly squeaky rides, I still manage to find entertainment at the CNE. My favorites are the Food Building and the Casino and although I’m not much of a gambler, I admit to playing my fair share of Blackjack and Roulette at the Casino, which is open daily till 6am!! A good late night destination if you have a few extra dollars to blow.
Anyhow, forget all that. The attractions were the perfect backdrop for a fun little impromptu photo shoot.
We called and asked if there were dogs allowed at the park. They asked if we were blind. lol. This looked exactly like my little puppy Chloe.
